Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Should the style or styles you have ordered be temporarily out of stock they will be back ordered or you can receiver a full refund.

Pricing Policy
All prices on ToeZone Footwear are subject to change without prior notification. ToeZone Footwear does not allow price adjustments after an item has been purchased. Therefore, a sale price cannot be applied to a prior purchase.

If the payment or transfer is made over 12 noon, the orders will be processed the next day.

We are happy to give one way FREE shipping charge for your order over IDR 300.000.

ToeZone Footwear orders can be shipped to any locations in Indonesia. Currently we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We only deliver within Indonesia.

You will receive your Regular Delivery within 1-7 business days from your confirmed payment order depending on your location. We will deliver the merchandise with regular courier services.
 

We want to give the best online shopping experience at ToeZone Footwear. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

For returns:
 
ToeZone Footwear will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through ToeZone Footwear and that meet the following conditions:
  1. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER ORDER RECEIVED. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. ToeZone Footwear reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
  2. Please contact our Customer Service by email at care@toezonefootwear.com or by phone at 0855-1454-789 and explain the situation, including your name and order number.
  3. Returned merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside ToeZone Footwear box and outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with proof of original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice.
  4. We will credit your returned merchandise to the original bank account after we receive the returned merchandise.
  5. Return shipping is on your charges. We do not reimburse return shipping charges unless it is for defective merchandise or for wrong item shipped.
For exchanges:
 
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for your returned merchandise. We suggest you follow the return procedures to return unwanted merchandise and simultaneously place a new order for the replacement merchandise through ToeZone Footwear. Please be assured, we will process your return immediately upon receipt and crediting your account as necessary.

WARRANTY FOR DEFECTED MERCHANDISE

ToeZone Footwear is covered by 90 days limited warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in workman-ship and materials.

ToeZone Footwear Customer Service will gladly assist in a quick resolution. Simply return the defective shoes to us with proof of the original invoice for replacement or refund. Please follow these easy steps:
